On the top of the burner it reads, The Cleveland Metal Products Co. Cleveland, Ohio USA Patent 1908. I believe this sat in the top of a street lamp back in the day. Notice the round wick and the fuel gauge.

That is the fuel fount for a Perfection Heater that someone dropped a globe on. It is not what you think it is.
