Antique 7-UP Brass Bottle Opener

Would someone be able to tell me a little more about this item. My mother lives in a home that was built in 1874 in St. Louis, Missouri. It's down the street from Anheuser Busch. I discovered it buried in her yard while I was doing yard work.
