Like the double handles and could use it at my age. I'm still trying to walk off my double handles with r-e-a-l-l-y slow progress.
arts & crafs for sure...might poke around here for a look or info ...

Without marks, I'm afraid you may never know for certain, but I think you can be reasonably certain that it had a Continental European origin (most likely German) and is circa ~1900s.
Thanks for comments! Ha ha, loved the "double handles", blunderbuss2! German sounds right. Too big to be a stein... Will keep searching. Roycroft and most American A & C copper seems to be more rounded than squared.... so Secession, Jugenstijl, Weiner Werkstadt, etc. Let's keep looking!
I didn't think it was Roycroft ,but I know if you contact some of the Roycroft copper collectors,... they will put you on the right path...
Bfun, never heard of a stein that was "to big"!
stunning!! very beautiful!!
OK! Could be a BIG stein! 2 handles! I'll contact a metalwork expert; thanks, Windwalker. Thanks for great comments. About to fill vase with 4 beers and chill. Cheers from Mississippi! Where A & C is rare but (often) cheap!
It's 95 degrees + today. Indeed, idcloisonne! Beer + watermelon = ???
