It is a 6 panel slag glass shade with 2 different glasses in each panel.
The shad is 14 in. across the flats and 8 in. high.
It is marked "LAMP FASHION" on all 6 panels on the inside bottom.
It has great detail on the metal work.
I need help in the ID of this shade IE, Was Lamp Fashion the mfg.,what mfg. used this name (brand name), were they sold to other lamp mfgs., or any other info you may have.

Adorable lamp!
Beautiful lamp shade.
Lamp Fashion Mfg. Co., New York, was established by Italian-born Nunziato "Nick" Paletta (1923-2012). Here is an excerpt from his obit:
"Nick was an accomplished artist and used his innate creativity to establish Lamp Fashion Mfg. Co. As CEO, he designed custom-made stained glass tiffany-style lamps and crystal chandeliers. His artistic legacy lives on in countless beautifully enlightened homes."

According to a Securities and Exchange Commission "News Digest" release of August 4, 1969, Lamp Fashion, Inc., 1110 Bronx River Ave., Bronx, New York, filed a public stock offering. Nunziato Paletta was the board chairman and Simon J. Lieberman was president at that time.

Apparently the company name was changed from Lamp Fashion Mfg Co. at some point prior to the stock offering. Lamp Fashion, Inc. was incorporated in Delaware on July 16, 1969.
