Harrach? Fritz Heckert? I have seen some similar items described as done by these bohemian firms, although without documentation. The most similar one is WMF bowl on ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Beautiful-German-WMF-Hand-Painted-Art-Nouveau-Satin-Art-Glass-Bowl-Silver-Rim-/321433491024). The glass is not satinized on the bottom and I think that the lid is not original. The piece has a very special shape that is acentuated by the curves of the flowers stems.
