AMF purchased DeWalt Inc. in 1949 & in 1960 sold DeWalt to Black & Decker.

thanks !!! prob 50s then. so maybe it was removed from the radial arm saw and rewired with a Fostoria lamp cord. maybe.

I found a similar one online, made by Fostoria. I guess AMF just added their sticker.

One of my co-workers has this same exact fixture now screwed down to his desk/bench -- but *without* the DeWalt label. Otherwise seemingly exactly the same lamp, color, Leviton socket turnkey, and Fostoria cord. His lamp also has a small rectangular Fostoria maker's label on the backside of its lower stem, just under the 'elbow' swivel joint. Realizing this info doesn't really help to give it a manufacturing date, but I'd tend to agree it is likely 1940's-50's, based on that style of Leviton turnkey.
