measures 46" wide, 23" deep, 35" tall.. Got this piece at an estate sale so do not have any history nor do I know what material it is made from. It does appear to be hand crafted with square head nails that would have been used in that era. There are also tool marks in the wood from hand tools used in that era also. There is no significant damage and the piece is very solid and extremely pristine for a piece of this age. Any information and/or opinions from the group would be well received and appreciated.

Not very old at all. I would think it's new. Some people pepper sales with unique decorator items that look old, but are new. May be from Asia.
Look at the fourth photo, so much effort was wasted on making the unseen look old. You can even see where the brush had to leap over the drawer guides when they applied a tinted glaze.
