The first 2 pictures are of a pocket watch that has been in my fiance's family for generations. It says Buren on the front, "swiss" at the bottom and when I removed the clear cover, the number shown is 1521598. I am guess that is the serial number. I cannot seem to get the back of the watch removed. It works, keeps time and everything, but I cannot find any information on this darn watch whatsoever. The chain says "MARSH" in small letters.
The other 2 pictures are of another pocket watch that is SO beautiful. On the front of the watch, the exact letters are KW. Co. NY. Behind the case on the back, the only thing it says is Knickerbocker Watch Co. On the back of the case, there is 2 star looking things and the same design is shown on a square piece along the chain. Now, this watch is messed up. The hands are all jacked up and there is a broken wire, plus there is no clear cover going over the hands either. I don't care though, it is just so pretty! I do not see a serial number anywhere at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
Thanks in advance
