This turned up when my parents were going through my Grandparents stuff back in the early 60's. My mother said it had been hers when she was a child. She was born in 1921. It is pretty complete and in excellent condition, considering it was used by a child. The box has a little wear and tear and says it was $1.00, when new. It needs an new crystal and 1big hand as well as the second hand. Are these parts difficult to find? Is it worth anything? Anything else I should add to it history before I pass it on to my son? Any help would be appriciate....

I looked at both links. My box has $1.00 printed in it and none of the pictures I've seen do. Also, I thought I was missing a second hand at the bottom, but it looks like that whole dial went around. My fob is a bit different from the ones I've seen pictured, too.

Try this.
Yep -- Savoychina found it -- http://www.hakes.com/item.asp?AuctionItemID=15759
The watch sold for $1600 -- but remember, condition is critical. Disney collectors are very picky. The one that Hakes sold was near-mint -- and it sold for well below the estimate, which shows that the value for a not-near-mint one would be even more greatly reduced.
Their description -- "From 1933. Box is version with all-over character images of Mickey, Minnie, Clarabelle and Horace. Inside of lid notes "Price $1.00 Complete With Fob." Complete with separate two-piece insert as well as guarantee paper."
So yours is missing the box insert and paper, as well as the lense. You do have a very good box, and an apparently very good fob.
IMO, since it is a family heirloom, I would keep it as is, and try to put a photo of Grandma (wearing it would be the icing on the cake!) and write down the history. That will make it priceless to your son, and your grandchildren.
Thanks, so much...
Thanks, I'll check it out.
I may be putting it up for sale soon. It will either be on eBay or Etsy.com, in my shop, Artsybaaabs...
