I don't know much about these spoons except that my Uncle, who was stationed overseas during WWII brought these home as a gift for my Grandmother after the war. Has anyone ever seen these before or know where they come from, who made them, etc? I am not selling these and never would. Just trying to find out some information about them. I am having them framed in a shadow box with anti-tarnish cloth and would like to print out the history and paste it on the back of the frame for future generations. Thank you!
Thank you Riply206! My Uncle was in WWII and brought them home to my grandmother when the war was over in 1945. So they must gave been made in the early to mid 1040's?
The different end piece designs are so that guests can remember which coffee or tea is theirs'. Gump's in San Francisco often sold these sets.
