The first one was owned by my grandmother. The others appear to be candy and a relish dish. Can you tell me the makers, name and when they were made?

The crockware bowl might be Halls, but not sure, I have one similar and is marked as such.

The milk glass dishes are probably from the 1960s, and these were made by a whole lot of people, Pyrex, Agee, Corning etc. They generally have moulded marks on the bottom.
