I bought on 2008 to a little shop in Belgrano St. I do not like the manners of the lady that owns the shop but I saw this tea pot from the stree because was near the shopwindow and I payed it without any doubt because I knew it was very old in relation to most of the thinks you can find, I posted a pic of Cordoba downtown in 1880 in another post so you can understand that when these pieces were done there were a few people living here
http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/131184-copeland-indian-tree-plate?in=461. Surely, some immigrant love the piece and decided to do the long trip carrying it. It is full unsigned, last picture but because of the decor, the paste and the shape (first, second and third pics) is a Limoges blank decorated in Paris 1850 environ. Antikuarium posted a newer one a few days ago

This type of teapot was used as a nighttable lamp, you can see that the porcelain is very transparent, and to have warm tea in winter.
beautiful!!
