Second of two Native American CDVs from the 1880s.
Photographer is Barthelmess and Schofield, known photographers of Western Native Americans.
The image has period ink ID of "Rupert(??), Sub Chief, Navahoe tribe of Indians, New Mexico, U.S."
I haven't been able to pinpoint this particular man. Any help is appreciated.

Loved your answers to A....H....r !
I don't think you are a troll, lol ;-)
Sure we will be over flooded with RAREST stamps .....
Hey, your advices to begin to search by himself were deleted!!!
(Mines too, lol!)
Thanks.
Most on here willingly give FREE advice on items-- ME included.
BUT, I (and many others), find it EXCESSIVE to post HUNDREDS of worthless items to try and see if one might be valuable. At some point, COLLECTORS LEARN/ RESEARCH/ GET A RESOURCE (Book or website).
ADVICE about HOW TO RESEARCH is JUST AS RELEVENT as the actual information!

thumbs up !
I begin to be QUITE upset with this attitude! We are not appointed by this person to give him (her?) free appraisal/researches for SO MUCH items just picked up at home clearance sales...
I'm certainly a troll too ;-))
I find it interesting that CW "Show and TELL" has become a FREE APPRAISAL site!
Why would RESEARCH ADVICE ever be deleted?
