Gorgeous Antique White China Serving Dish & Lid with Blue Flowers & Gold Accents - Stamp Reads partial "TRC 7 20..."

I am hopeful that someone out there could help me identify and learn more about this lovely Serving Dish with a lid from my grandmother's china set. Anything would be helpful, thank you :-)
The bottom stamp is difficult to read, but I believe it states, "TRC ? 7 20 ??"
