I am wondering if anyone can help me find more information about this chair. I recently acquired this from a flea market. the back folds down flat to the seat. I was told its an old beach chair. however I can not find any information on the chair. it has no markings that I can see. any information would be appreciated. thank you!

It might be a jewish mourning chair.
