    I have seen Sklo Union and Anchor Hocking pieces that look the same style, but not this color. There are no markings. Measures 7.5 inches across at widest point.

      I'm thinking not Sklo here because of the cigarette rests. I don't recall ever seeing narrow rests like that on Czech ashtrays but have been proven ignorant before!

      Thanks for the feedback. I arrived at the Czech connection through seeing similar dishes (without the cigarette holders as you noted). These look like the same pattern:

      I do notice a little more of a definite v shape in the low point on the rim, whereas the Sklo examples look more curved.

      I have a ruby red one that is virtually identical. I assumed it was one of the mass production ones from the 60s
