It is 39 inches long, 14 inches tall and has 10 inch wheels. Notice unique rear brakes operated by hand lever. i would like to find out who made this. Bracket for lever is broken. First picture shows how high it would actually be if it was fixed.

I looked through the US patent data base but had no luck.
