This is GI Joe's Footlocker from the mid 60s. Hard to say exactly as they were sold throughout the 12" GI Joe era. But as this one was mine somewhere from 64-66. As you can see it is filled with original accessories although the M1 Garand has a replaced sling.
It is 13" long, 6"wide, and 5" deep. Would be 7 feet long in real life if that was in scale but it isn't. A real footlocker would be about 3 feet long. But it was made to hold GI Joe's equipment.
In the second photo there are couple marine dress uniforms, original paperwork from equipment sets, a bazooka and several other pieces.
More to come, less than 4 months left to finish the GI Joe 50th anniversary celebration.
It's great! I didn't know these existed :)
A book of each colour? :)
