c.hair is authentic leather. Tufted. Wood appears to be fruitwood but not sure. Beautiful flower designs on each side. It appears to be a lounge chair but not sure. It is spring supported.bentwood on both sides.very solid stable chair and very comfortable.
I need help identifying my chair that I am absolutely in love with and any history would be very much appreciated. Thank you so much for your time in advance.

I have the same chairs that I have recently purchased. They came as a set of his and hers chairs. The man's chair is higher and a bit bigger. If you get any info please forward it and I will do the same. I can't seem to fingd out anything anywhere about these chairs.

Glad I stumbled upon your post. I just purchased a loveseat that is the exact same style. Have you discovered anything regarding the maker?

I have not received any further information on the maker of this chair. Still in hope. I was to told that it could be Herman Miller?

I'll be sure to post another comment if/when I learn more about these pieces. :-)
