Can anyone recognize the maker of this pedal car. I believe it is a fire truck. It was my mothers and she is now 85. I believe it is approximately 80 years old. I am trying to find a value for it if possible.

Maybe a 1930's Garton pedal car. I see ones similar but not with the same grill. I would guess to the right collector it could fetch between $300-$500. Great family item with story to pass down.

Thanks for the info. I thought it might be a Garton. Ironically my mom is from Northern WI but her children grew up a half mile from Garton Toy Co.

      BEAUTIFUL Condition.

Well cared for, but showing use-- it looks so much better than one "restored" to original show room condition.

This is a Steelcraft mid to late 1930's. It has been repainted. Still great to be in that good of condition and all the parts still there.
It's actually a Fire Chief car.

      Love it!

Tom, thanks for the info. My grandfather repainted it. My brothers and cousins enjoyed it when we visited him. He wanted it to look nice for us. I treasure even that gesture now. He died at 96. Somehow I ended up with it a number of years ago and dug it out of storage. Fun to remember.
