When I bought this for Mom, I did not really know much about the item save to say that I thought the artwork was quite wonderfully Victorian.
I may be wrong.
I will try to take it to an appraiser but I thought that someone on CW may have some firsthand knowledge about this item before I do so. For example, what material is is made from and the period of time it was made.
Help, anyone?
