Henry N art work. Native art work.

Native art work. Says Henry N. e9.1652. On the left it says J.14.40. I think that means it was maybe made in June or July the 14th 1940. The frame is not very good, looks like it could use a new frame. Maybe I should look up the artists name on the web and see what comes up.
