Old Boy Scouts Lantern

This item is an old Boy Scouts lantern. It says Delta on the bottom. I'm not sure if that's the brand name. There is a sticker on the side that says Official Equipment of the Boy Scouts of America. There is a main light in the front, and a smaller light on top. I dont know the date of it. I couldn't find anything about it on the Internet.
