Chrysolite apparently means teal/blue green for graniteware. Anyway the meaning of graniteware seems to be a bit fuzzy. Generally enamelware with speckled finish but generally used for the swirl patterns.
As for age somewhere around 100 years old. Plus or minus 20 years.
Note I am using this as a soap dish now.
