Misc. Beer Cans from Reading, PA

Here are a few beer cans out of my collection that I have picked up at shows, yard sales, and picks. Most people see these can and aren't sure from which brewery they come from. All four of these cans are from breweries local to Reading, PA. The two on the left were made by the Reading Brewing Company while the two on the right were made by the Sunshine Brewing Company.

These cans are rather hard to find and some can bring big bucks in good condition. Personally I'm not a can collector, I'm just happy to add these to my collection in any condition when I can find them. The Prizers can is a rather common can but still hard to find in good condition. The Manheim can is rarer and very difficult to find in good condition plus it is a solid flat top can which is very sought after. The Jamaica Sun Can is pretty rare too because the beer was only brewed and distributed for about 3 or 4 years. The rarest and most sought after in this collection is the Playmate Premium Beer can to the far right. Those cans were only produced for about 2 years; there is also a Playmate Malt Liquor can that was produced around the same time but the "Beer" like the one I have is by far the rarest.

All in all I'm happy to add these to my collection and I hope to acquire more and better condition ones in the future. Thanks for looking.
