I recently got hold of this beautiful vase with two maiden and I have no idea of the maker.

My idea is that it comes from near Teplitz, it looks very Amphora like. I have never seen the marks.

On the bottom it says "JBD Austria 791" and it stands 19,3" high.

Any ideas on the maker? Any help is highly appreciated!

      That's the Dressler amphora mark.

So Dressler is the designer and it is manufactured by Amphora? Thanks for the input!

      Thank you for the love!
The stand is Art Deco and made of what i believe is walnut or rosewood.

I don't believe Amphora manufactured this. Cogito is likely referring to the object (an amphora vessel) that Dressler used as their logo.
