I found this at an antique shop and I only paid $8.00 for it and it works perfectly.
I had to replace the plug (not the cord), because the ground plug was broke off.
I think it is from the 1960s.
That is the right time when i took this photo.

My schools still had these when I was growing up in the 80s.
Wow, seeing that caused a total flashback to elementary school at the catholic school in the 1970's ha ha!

tikiray - Thats cool, if i where you i would try to save them. My school has these old Simplex clock and i tried to save them and they said it would be to much work to get it off the wall. Some of them still work but it don't say the right time.
I wish I could.... maybe I can track someone down to talk to about them. There is one in the organic chemistry lab that runs backwards. lol

I always thought the GE and Hopewell school clocks were slower then normal clocks :P
I love these clocks and I was wondering where you could get these kind of wall clocks, or if you CAN get them anymore.Please let me know. They are probably very expensive.
