These school desks are are industrial strength made for the rough and tumble of schools. They are the right size for students in upper elementary or middle school.
The oldest two (on the left) have ink wells so they were primarily for the era before ball point pens or even the disposable cartridge fountain pens so I think they must date from before the 60s.
Two of these (in the middle) attached to the floow so students could neither move them or lean back in them. The middle on eon the right has the front of desk doing double duty as the support for the seat of the next row.
The one on the far right is furniture typical of the 70s, 80s, and so on. Cheap.

I must be old,... I can remember sitting in a desk like that in the 7th grade and getting in trouble for playing with pigtail of the girl sitting in front of me ...always loved those ink well holes ...smiling ...nice desk
