This is a unusual ring from Bernard Instone. It is fully hallmarked with a Birmingham anchor and the mark BI and the the year it was made 1969.
Bernard Instone retired in 1963 so this design I think is from one of his sons.
It weighs 6.9 grams, to me it's either a Dwarf or Gnome, would be interested if anybody else has a idea.
At first I thought it was ugly, now I'm begining to like it.
