Here is my other antique toy trunk. I picked this up at an antique mall in Sevierville, TN while on vacation a few years back. I really liked the looks of it and the fact that it is in such remarkable condition.
The plaid paper covering is near 100% intact, as well as both handles.
The paper lining is 100% intact. I will assume that this trunk did not have a tray originally as there are no rails for the tray to sit on.
I'm not sure of the age of this one. But, I'll assume it is from the late 1800's or early 1900's.
