I have a 1980 Marlboro zippo with a bull on a horse. I would like to know the history and important details on this lighter. I am curious to know its history.

Sorry no idea but I love it as I have never seen one before.

Used Zippos can generally run around a $10 value. - If yours was a limited edition, unused, still in box, it could bring in about $55 - but this is not a limited edition, in fact I have seen some of these dated from the 1970's into the 1990's.
Here is another one posted on CW;

The only other lighter from this year that I have found was sold on eBay for 1100. I know it's not worth 10.
You could buy the Zippo Lighter Collectors Price Guide but the book will cost you more than the $10 your lighter is worth, and that value is only based on if your lighter still works.
The lighter works. Those lighters on eBay selling now are from 1979 and the 1990's none from 1980. Just like s camero, one year can be more valuable then another. If they were given in mass production then there would be multiple for sale from the year 1980 and hince there are none.
Obviously you can't accept what anyone here offers. Why not contact Zippo or Marlboro? During the 80's you got these with Marlboro points off the cigarette pack. You don't have a treasure, just a collectible.
I would like to see the site listing where one sold for $1100.00 or was that $11.00?
I have a similar lighter and on the bottom it says b Bradford PA vegetable logo and then Roman numerals VII and made in USA
