    Old US Treasury Investigators Badge I got from an estate. Very strange that part of the badge has been filed off. Can't seem to find another like it. Was this an old Secret Service badge? Why the filing off?

      Wow just looking at my badge's photos and of course I can tell what was filed off by looking at the back of the badge. It says Prohibition. Still wonder why it was filed off

      There may have been a horizontal pin mounted there before the current vertical pin. Interesting badge, never saw one like it before.
