I have a few different Old Christmas figurines from my Mom. Some are loosing the paint. Is there a way to store them, so that this does not happen.
    I would appreciate your expertise.
    Thank You,

I unpacked some items recently that had been stored away for years. They were carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. Yikes, as I unwrapped, the paint stuck to the bubble wrap. Obviously, this had been stored in a hot part of the house and the bubble wrap had almost melted into the piece. I suggest wrapping in a couple of layers of white tissue paper before wrapping with bubble wrap. Good luck.

Thank You TinaL, I wrap them in paper towels & then the bubble wrap, but they still seem to lose paint, I have an elf salt & pepper band from my Mom that I am trying to preserve.
