Clock Face half round top~Japanned, handpainted Bird~Wilson Adams?

Hello Again,
I've had this for years, wrapped up and tucked away. Recently it surfaced and now, unwrapped, visits all the furniture surfaces in the house in it's search for a home.
I tried doing some research on it in the past without much luck, but today made a couple of discoveries. There's a clock face on ebay attributed to Wilson Adams that looks very similar in subject and style.
Also, as I was photographing it I noticed either " RR " or " KK " scratched into the back.
