    This is the other exquisite thing i found at Urban Ore today. I also think it is Japanese, and amazing! the inside is enameled very, very smooth and shiny, and the outside has the most perfect texture. it's one of the most beautiful bowls i've ever seen. it's incredibly heavy for it's size.

      thank you surdub66, mikelv85, CindB, TubeAmp, and racer4four! yes, it does look similar, but i like mine a lot more. but it does give me evidence that they were made up until recently or are still being made.

      Hi ho2cultcha, i agree with racer4four, your's have better crisp detail then the one show in the link above, your's maybe original compare to this reproduction, i will be more then happy to find something like that on my hunting time.
