Looks like a Empire Toldeo Metal Wheel Co car any idea what year late teens or early 20's Got it recently and it looks like it's never been repainted

It looks like the one from Shackelton Auction. I would say mid to late teens, I think the 1920 model had a rounded seat.
Hard to tell from one photo if it has been repainted. small dents or scrapes that have not paint damage can be a clue. Paint not worn where it should be, like pedals and moving parts are also clues.
Sure hope your not going to restore that car, it's too interesting the way it is!
Yes it is from Shackeltons. Wasn't what I went to buy but I really liked it. No I'm not going to do anything with it other than admire it as is. Thanks Rusty!
