We acquired this from my wife grandfather. We don't know why it has the weird h on it. We are looking for information

It is a hull "wildflower " vase made circa 1935 to 1945. The "h" on the bottom I have seen before. Most come from aroungpd that time. Lovely piece.
We are not collectors and are moving. What should we do with it? I was going to throw it out.
