The Mycro you have is in a category of cameras known as Hit style ‘subminiatures.’ Although there is a specific camera named Hit, to collectors "Hit" is also generic term for any number of subminiature cameras made of stamped metal using 17.5 mm roll film to produce 14 x 14 mm images. There are several hundred variations of Hit style cameras made by numerous companies.
In regards to Sanwa (the maker), several models of Mycro cameras were made and Una refers to the lens name. FWIW, I have a nice example of this Mycro with a “Made in Occupied Japan” marking.
Subminiature cameras are very popular with collectors; they are common, cute and very reasonably priced. Years ago, I visited one collector that probably had over 400 Hit-style and other subminiature cameras; the most valuable in the collection was worth about $3,000. While I specialize in early wood cameras, I had to admit seeing all of these tiny little cameras were truly amazing.
