Hello Again!
This is a recent purchase, and an intriguing piece.
When I first picked it up I thought it was new, but as I turned it around I realized that the fish were etched in relief, like cameo glass, and the bottom showed some wear, ( actually looks pretty old, 50's or 60's? ).
It's well made, with a lovely shape and nicely ground top edge.
Unfortunately it's unsigned, and I haven't been able to find another like it.
I was hoping that someone might recognize the design and be able to tell me more.

I'm thinking that it's probably an earlier piece, possibly 20's or 30's. Something about it just doesn't seem 'mid century'.
