    The only thing I know about this machine is it's a Shapleigh Model B. I'm not sure the year. I have no additional information.

      This machine is a National Rotary model R40. There are no official dating sources for these machines. The style is 1930's/40's

      20250130: Thought I'd update this one, as I suspect it's not a National Rotary R40, but rather a National Rotary B (as suggested by the OP, and indeed the motor housing is stenciled with Model B):

      The serial number on the bed in front of the pillar on this one looks like B823437, so it's probably newer than this one with a serial number of "B327659," and a certificate of warranty dated October 5 1935:
