Sterling Boat Light Tie Clip

I picked up a few things today, but one of the coolest is this tie clip. It's quite realistic and detailed. I used to build models, and I think that's why I like it so much. It's marked Sterling on the back, and in 2 different places it's marked

All the other His Lordship stuff I saw out there says NY, this does not. Does anyone know what the vintage of this would be. I only saw one other one, and the picture linked to an incorrect page. His Lordship made many US and other nations medals, and I also saw a pair of earrings similar to this tie clip with the red light on one side and the green on the other.
