Hello and Happy Easter!
I've got a wicked cold, but managed to get out this week to shop a bit.
This is a beautiful piece, about 12" inches in diameter, 8" inches high.
Great iridescent/pearl color with a green edge.
Also hand painted with a black border with stylized gold bough design.
Shows a lot of wear from age on the bottom, with a lovely polished pontil.
The glass is elegant, with some bubble inclusions.
I've been trying to research it without much luck, I'd love to know more about it, hopefully it looks familiar to someone.

Very possibly a Kralik blank, decorated and sold by Hosch. Nice example.

The coloring is identical with one of the pieces, ( which also has some of the black enameling! ). I'm sure that both you and welzebub are right!, both the shape and color definitely have a Kralik look.
