    old brass cylinder they used in the department stores so cashier could open it up and stick the money in it then place it on a iron rail and shoot it up to there office on the top floor .got this one out of the old weiler building in portland indiana. i remember as a kid going in there just to watch all the cylinders shooting up to the top floor.

      They still use this system at our bank at the drive up teller. pretty cool

      In Orlando, "back in the day", they were used at the Colonialtown Bank just off of Colonial Drive and Mills Avenue. They used pneumatic tubes to send these back and forth to the drive up tellers in the parking lot to the main bank. (Please, No rolled coins!)
