Hi I need to see back of her neck for markings . She dates from around 1980's -90's . She appears to be a artists sculpt doll vs a reproduction of a antique doll . Depending on who made it should show on and be signed on back of her neck under hair . Many of these dolls were made in ceramic classes also . They were sold as collector dolls not toys and were sold when Antique bisque dolls were very expensive these dolls led people to think they would increase in value over time and that did not happen , The market is now flooded with these newer porcelain dolls . There were literally 100's of companies and doll artists selling these and many could be bought on home shopping TV . They devoted a night a week to just sell dolls. Anyway let me see what she is signed ok . Nice display doll :-)

Unsigned and no way to ever know who made her she is among thousands of dolls that were made in 1980s and 90's they have very little value in todays market . Only a few of these types of dolls have held a bit of a price by famous artists but they are always signed . Your looking in low price range maybe 20 dollars :-( Many of these dolls were not cheap when bought new but have no value as market is flooded with them .
If she has a sentimental value then keep her and display her :-)
