      I haven't seen this one before Fledermaus, but I agree with Sean68. It's wonderful. It strikes me as being possibly Deco period. The straps across the chest and rendering remind me of WPA/Diego Rivera-type socialism/industry art.

      When I first saw this piece I thought of Constantin Meunier. He seems to have a third eye.
      The third eye (also known as the inner eye) is a mystical and esoteric concept referring to a speculative invisible eye which provides perception beyond ordinary sight.
