Miniature doll with "Japan" on side and back. Hard stone material measuring 1.75 inches. Origin unknown but appears very old and face markings are worn. Very sweet baby!

This little doll is made of stone bisque . They are usually referred to as Carnival Dolls as a prize . I have seen people call them kewpie or Betty Boop dolls she is neither . They were made in many sizes and by several companies . Here is what she would look like before she lost her paint . Date from 1920's to 1940's appx .
