Hi your doll is made by Armand Marseille mold 390 . A Very common mold to find as they were made over a long period of time . She is on fully jointed composition body . The other common mold they did was 370 on a leather body.

From 1900-1930 it's reported Marseille produced 1,000 bisque doll heads a day, they made bisque head baby, children, lady and character dolls, on cloth, kid or composition bodies, most with glass eyes, some with painted eyes, with the most commonly found doll molds of 370 (shoulder head on a cloth or kid body) and 390 (socket head on a composition body). Marseille interestingly did not produce the body of their dolls, but purchased those from other doll manufactures.
Your doll appears to be in original; clothes a plus for her . These Dolly face dolls are very abundant because they were produced over a 30 year span . Nice little treasure .

Like your mark . She sold to low but missing arms and is large with high shipping . So dismiss price sold for . But they do not sell high :-( Just to many on market .

Very nice what we call a cabinet size :-) since she is easy to display in a cabinet .
They made many sizes . Here is one close to same size that sold
