Finally my first authentic Murano Glass find at the thrifts. Has two stickers but no etched signature so I do not know who could have created this. It was hard to get good pictures it is 4 inches wide 2 3/4 high I tried researching the names on the sticker and got no where. Any thoughts my Murano experts?! thanks!!
Check out Mandruzzato !! There are a few generations of them ... Alessandro has commented here on CW in the past I think.
thanks vetraio!! I seem to remember reading that thread..
thank you for the loves kerry- vetraio-katherine!!
I would rather have a signature than the sticker!
Yeah.... but if it did not have a sticker, you would be happy with one of those..... :-)

Lovely bowl Glasslove! The second label is a retailers label. The business name is (was) L. Di Francesco. The Regali Bomboniere, translates to gifts for wedding or wedding favors. It's followed by the address, Via Roma 388, the telephone number and the city Linguaglossa, which is in Sicily.
Thank you rick55 for that translation!! do you think it is an older piece from the seventies perhaps?? I know the newer pieces have a authenticity sticker on them, from what I have read..
I forgot to add that. I had the same bowl except mine was an ashtray with cutouts for cigarettes. I purchased it in Venice in the late 70's (77-79), well before I seriously
started collecting Murano glass, so yes, I believe it could be from around that time.
Cool thanks Rick.
