2-1/2" long by 1/2" wide, marked sterling and the false hallmark (crown-old letter T-lion passant) which is Charles Thomae early maker's mark.
Had damage, so... Kyratised ;-))
Nothing permanent in that repair, only nail polish and alcohol marker, matted with fiberglass brush.
