Yes, just a silly box I have here....but I kept it to use (did not toss) as it contains some much simple info that could be lost down the road, as how the makers advertised the item.
What does this silly box tell us:
~ The maker INLAND GLASS ( logo...Another Smart Table accessory....)
~ The item. How it should look, what makes it complete, the underside burner design
~ The Image of the item with the design
~ The Model number ( I believe ) A7353
~ Shipped from: CANADIAN CHINA & GLASS CO. LIMITED, in Toronto, ONT.
~ INLAND GLASS WORKS is a Division of CLUB ALUMINUM PRODUCTS COMPANY, CHICAGO, ILLINOIS
~ Design was called " AROUND THE CLOCK" for the *Twin 2 Quart Casserole with Warmer*
~ Plus IF someone had this item, they MAY want this box to make the item more complete. Putting things back in original form.
~ Just another form of *Vintage Advertising* as to all it states on the box. It tells a story
Now In My Opinion, that is a lot of Valuable info that should be noted, and kept. To me, This is not just a Box -- this holds worthy Info that is no different that Booklets that came with items telling about the product. So does this.
I guess I see things differently than others when it comes to collectibles and their story / History.....LOL. No different than a Magazine Ad, in a sense...INFO.
Thanks for looking (and thinking) about stuff like this.
Hi Rose! Sure they are informative for further collections. If I could, I'd keep all of these boxes!
